• Ticket Line - Ticket Line allows you to publish a dedicated number for ticket purchases via telephone and not need to worry about having sufficient lines to handle a high call volume. In the event of out of hours calls, or a caller wanting to leave their details, Logical can offer a queued caller the option to break out of a queue and leave a message.

• Fax service - A traditional fax machines is an inconvenient method to receive information. With a Logical Telecom fax service, you can receive and send faxes quickly and securely direct from your computer.
