A full suite of either on line or on site call logging applications are available from Logical Telecom. These services provide full management reports on telephone usage including extension use, group or departmental use including both inbound and outbound calls.
This reporting will show whether you are over or under catered for on lines, and indeed what your customer patient level is by showing abandoned calls. The reporting can give a whole host of standard reports, and can also be tailored to send these reports via mail at specified intervals.
Depending on the type of telephone system installed, Logical Telecom can also provide reports on utilisation of voicemail capacity, trunk capacity, and many other threshold overloads to allow proactive management of the telephony resource.
