Operating to British Standards, Cerberus specialises in CCTV, manned guarding, alarm response and keyholding. The company’s rapid growth is the fruit of its commitment to customer service but, like most companies, growth tends to bring other challenges not least keeping control and monitoring of communications systems and costs.
Working closely with Cerberus, Logical undertook the project in two phases. The first phase involved a cost analysis of existing services across two locations resulting in a solution that now allows ongoing online analysis and provides Cerberus with a dedicated account manager.
Phase two involved rationalising all ADSL provision for each CCTV site to a single provider for ease of control and cost reduction.
Now both phases are complete, Cerberus has even greater control and is able to offer complete management of all security communications for each site. This means the client does not have to interact with BT for the provision of lines or fault diagnostics, giving Cerberus an operational and speed of deployment advantage over its competitors.
