Barnsley Hospice have gone through a lengthy and time consuming process and have chosen Logical Telecom as their new communications partner in an effort to simplify monthly billing, but more importantly to iincrease levels of support and reduce overall costs.

Barnsley Hospice is committed to providing the highest standard of specialist palliative care for patients suffering from life limiting illnesses. Specialist Palliative Care meets the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of the patient and their family and provides continual support throughout the period of illness. Barnsley Hospice is patient centred, not disease focused and aims to provide the best quality of life possible

Logical have taken over all line and call billing making initial estimated savings in the region of £12,000 per annum or put another way one more outreach carer a year! There is also a dedicated 0800 support line available to all Barnsley Hospice staff.

Moving forward Logical will be working with the hospice to help generate additional revenue by making monthly ongoing payments from business referrals.
