Customer Services Team – Internal Account Manager 

Salary £18k + exciting uncapped commission plan
Reporting to the Sales Director and working as part of a small team of professionals this is an exciting opportunity for an office based account manager.
In this key role you will be responsible for retaining and growing the profitability from our existing customer base by engaging over the phone and by email or by making appointments for your Account Manager where appropriate.
The product range available to you covers the whole spectrum of telecommunications and connectivity from lines and calls, phone systems, hosted solutions, VoIP, Video Conferencing and NGN’s as well as maintenance and engineering supplied by an in house team of fully qualified staff.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well at all levels and a great telephone manner.
  • Ability to generate business
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Commercially astute
  • Computer literate – good IT skills
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • B2B sales experience – ideally in telecoms
